Who can apply for the selection?

-The selection is open to all artists and is free of charge. 

 

How can I apply?

- Application can be done online via the form at www.veneziaopenart.it

 

What is the deadline for application?

- The deadline for submitting entries is 8 June 2025.

 

Which works can be submitted via the form?

Digital works in JPEG format not exceeding 5 mb are accepted. Videos must be uploaded to a platform such as Youtube or similar, and only the link where they can be viewed must be sent.

 

What are the entry fees? 

- Application is free of charge. 

Only selected artists, who will be notified by e-mail, will be asked to pay a participation fee

of € 50.

 

How are the works selected? 

- The selection of works will be made in an unquestionable decision by the artists who are members of the Venezia Open Art Association.

 

When will the results of the selection be announced?

- The results will be published a few days after the application deadline. The selected artists will be notified by email and will be published on the official website of Venezia Open Art.

 

What do I have to do after the selection? 

- The selected artists must send their works in high-resolution JPEG format and videos in AVI or MP4 format by June 12, and pay the participation fee. All instructions will be sent to the selected artists by e-mail.

 

Where will the exhibition take place? 

- The exhibition of the works will be shown on a screen at the exhibition space of the Venezia Open Art Association, in Venice, from June 21 to July 20.
