We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code regarding protection

of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of

personal data.

According to the legislation indicated, this processing will be based on the principles of correctness and lawfulness

and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, therefore, we inform you that the data you provide, such as emails and biographical data, will be processed by the Venezia Open Art Association for the following purposes:

1. provide and manage the conduct of  exhibitions;

2. provide assistance to artists; 

3. for the promotion of artists and exhibition events also via social media, newsletters, newspapers, art sites, etc.;

4. to be able to contact artists and visitors with service alerts and for organizational purposes; 

5. to comply with applicable laws and regulations;

6. the person responsible for the data is the Association è Venezia Open Art;

7. At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
